Medical
We provide several medical, dental and vision plan options to choose from as well as voluntary life/AD&D, company‐paid basic life/AD&D plan, short‐term disability and long‐term disability coverage. Plans and offerings vary by country.

BCBSIL works with Hinge Health to help you manage chronic back and joint pain. This program is offered at no cost to Sprout members enrolled in one of our three medical plan options.

Family Care & Parental Leave
Parental leave
Sprout offers 16 weeks of paid parental leave to all employees following the birth or adoption of a child. Our philosophy is a commitment to all parents, which allows both Sprout employees and their families the balance and flexibility to fulfill the entire spectrum of parental responsibilities.
Bereavement
The loss of a loved one is a very hard time. Sprout employees can take five paid days off in the event of a loss of an immediate family member, and 10 days off after the loss of a child.
Adoption/surrogacy reimbursement
We know families are built in many different ways. We want to help ease any financial challenges with this family planning benefit of $5,000 USD.
Enhanced family support
When you have to work, you need support for your family. Whether it’s reliable child care, academic support and tutoring, pet care or housekeeping, Bright Horizons benefits have you covered.
Back-up child, adult and elder care
Don’t stress about school breaks, outbreaks, bad weather or tending to a loved one after surgery. Reserve high-quality care in a center or in your home for your child, adult or elder relatives through Bright Horizons.
Remote Flexibility & Focus
Remote work
Whenever possible, Sprout wants to provide our team with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for them. If you prefer to work remotely, we can accommodate that for many roles and locations across the United States. (Certain eligibility required)
Office supply stipend
We want you to have everything you need for your work area to feel comfortable and productive, so we offer a one-time $550 USD total stipend to outfit your home setup.
Internet stipend
In addition to the office supplies, we want to help mitigate any additional costs of working from home, so we also offer to reimburse up to $50 USD per month for internet plans.
Focus days
Sprout has meeting-free Wednesdays to make space for regular, interruption-free time. This gives our teams the space they need to get deep in their work and solve hard problems with fewer distractions.

Parenting rooms
To care for your needs and the needs of your growing family, we provide three parenting rooms in our Chicago office, two in Seattle and one in Dublin.
Rescue Room
Chicago’s Rescue Room is a dedicated, private space with dark/low light to care for your mental, emotional and spiritual health. It was created to aid in relief from stress, anxiety and any other related symptoms.

Once a month, the entire company is given a day off to rest and recharge (R&R). During R&R days, everyone is expected to step away from email, Slack and any work-related tasks, and use the time to do something you enjoy!
Paid holidays
We all have special days we observe and celebrate, unique to our countries, cultures and belief systems. Sprout’s holiday calendar includes designated days off by country.

In-person events
